Lenjusu

Some problems can't be raised internally. Lenjusu is an anonymous marketplace where business professionals post the things they can't say at work — and experienced solvers respond with real answers, earning tokens in return. Problem posters stay completely anonymous. Solvers build a visible profile and reputation. Ten tokens on signup, one to post a solution, transferred when it lands. A tipping system for when the answer is worth more than the price. Built end-to-end with Claude Code — token ledger, chat system, anonymity layer, and all. From idea to live platform in days.

Most CVs list responsibilities. This one shows proof. Thirty-five years of delivery mapped against fifteen capabilities — Kanban & Flow, Agile Transformation, Government Delivery, Financial Services, Defence Programmes. Every node is a real outcome. Every link earned, not claimed. Three views: force-directed graph, employer→role→outcome tree, and a searchable card list for recruiters who want to cut to what matters. Built end-to-end with Claude Code — no template, no shortcuts. The graph itself is evidence of one of the capabilities it maps.
