I'm Simeon Herbert. Thirty-five years in delivery, seventy-plus teams, plenty of regulated environments and a few genuinely odd ones. I've spent most of that career helping organisations ship — without the theatre, and usually a quarter sooner than they thought possible.

The thing that's changed in the last year is the tooling. Pairing with Claude and Lovable means I can prototype, automate and ship small things in evenings that would have eaten a sprint. This site is where those things live.
